Notes & Considerations
- Flat fees exclude the Gauteng Liquor Board’s official application and renewal fees, as well as disbursements such as couriers, advertising, or municipal certificates.
- Assumes a clean, uncontested application (no zoning issues or objections).
- Additional charges apply for contested hearings, transfers, or conversions.
- Renewals should be initiated early to avoid penalties under the Gauteng Liquor Act 2 of 2003.
- Engagement letters should clearly define the services included and any triggers for extra fees.
