Scope of Work
- Review debtor accounts and recommend recovery strategies
- Draft and send letters of demand
- Engage with debtors via calls, emails, and formal notices
- Negotiate repayment terms and draft acknowledgements of debt or settlement agreements
- Monitor compliance with agreed repayment plans
- Provide monthly progress reports
Fees
Billed at hourly rates, based on the number of matters handled.
If settlement efforts fail, litigation (summons, judgment, enforcement, etc.) will only proceed with written approval and be billed separately.
Debt Review Services
A legally recognised process under the National Credit Act (NCA) that helps clients restructure debt fairly and transparently.

- Assess your financial position
- Negotiate reduced instalments with creditors
- Obtain a court or tribunal order if required
Fees
Once-Off Fees
- Application Fee: R50 (excl. VAT)
- Administration Fee: R300 (excl. VAT)
- Restructuring Fee: Equal to first restructured instalment, capped at:
- R8,000 (single applicant)
- R9,000 (joint applicants – married in community of property)
- Reckless Lending Investigation: R1,500 (excl. VAT) upon request
Monthly Fees
- After-Care Fee: 5% of restructured instalment, capped at R450/month (excl. VAT)
Covers ongoing support, account management, and creditor communication.
Legal / Tribunal Fees
- Court Application: Legal costs built into repayment plan based on affordability.
- Tribunal Application: R500 plus filing costs (only with full creditor consent).
Important: All fees are included in your repayment plan — no upfront payments required.
Once debts are settled, we issue your clearance certificate and update your credit record.
